Lauren joined the ABC Group ohana as an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in 2021. She deeply enjoyed her time working directly with kids as an RBT, especially the significant impact she made with her kids and their families. Her experience on the clinical side as an RBT, helped her segway over to the ABC Group administrative team in February 2023, where she continued to broaden her passion in working with kids and their families at a more macro level. As the Hiring Manager, Lauren coordinates new hire intake and onboarding for RBTs. She also manages RBT scheduling for the clinic, given that it seamlessly aligns with projecting for RBT new hire staffing, and allows ABC Group to continue to help as many families as possible!
During her free time, Lauren enjoys relaxing at home with an iced coffee and watching reruns of her favorite shows and movies.
