* Age 18 is required for the credential and exam, however you may apply and take the coursework at age 17.

What is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)?
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a trained professional who works directly with children and families using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a science that mixes Behavioral Science and Psychology.
You’ll help children one-on-one in our beautiful center-based program located in Mapunapuna/Honolulu:
- Communicate their wants and needs
- Build independence and autonomy
- Develop social skills
- Develop play skills (games, toys, art)
- Learn everyday life skills
- Gain Confidence
This is meaningful, fun, rewarding hands-on work—and no two days are the same.
Working in our clinic means that you have coaching and support all around you every day you come to work! You will be surrounded by fun: toys, games, trampolines, and swings!
