Sean has worked directly with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder since 2018. To start off his career in paradise, Sean relocated from Ohio to Oahu in 2018 to pursue a career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at ABC Group Hawaii. After working as an RBT for several years, he fell in love with ABA and pursued a masters degree in Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology (FIT), which he completed in 2024.
His special interests include incidental teaching, social and independent play skills, functional skill acquisition, problem behavior reduction, and music.
Outside of the ABA workday, Sean enjoys spending time riding his bike, body surfing, hiking, playing various musical instruments, and spending time with his chihuahua named Plum. You can often find Sean playing his ukulele around the clinic, surrounded by a group of our clients listening and watching attentively!
